interview with Aflac,prudential,physicianmutual, which is the best insurance agency to work for?

how do I figure which is the best insurance compan to work for, I dont want to interview for all if theres one that stands out. PM has been around for 100 years they said I can work from home alot and get leads, dont know anthing else about how aflac and prudential insurance sales work and how much the average agent makes.
anyone? hafve an answer?

I know a guy who sells Aflac and it is really difficult to sell right now because everything they offer is extra coverage and people are companies and individuals are really tightening their belts right now. I would think prudential would be the same way but PM offers health insurance which a lot of people treat as a basic necessity. If I were you the big thing I would be looking at is what type of residuals you get from policies. Basically if you sell a policy this year how much commission will you make on it next year and the years that follow. Some companies offer very little payment in existing business which means you never get to the point where you can slow down a little bit and have to sell every year like its your first year.
